When trying to find the roots of Fontana, you don’t need to look any further than the Fontana Farms Ranch House.  It is an old farmhouse located on Pepper Avenue and was once part of Camp 1, which was a settlement that was established in the early 1900’s by B. Miller, a developer and farmer.  The workers and their families lived in the camp and planted vineyards and orange groves for Miller.  Miller is acknowledged as having founded Fontana.  The farm has become a historical site and museum, a place where people can visit to get an idea of what life on an early farm was like and how people lived in their marriage.  Counseling Fontana CA services families and couples who are pursuing a greater sense of purpose for their lives.  The different rooms in the home contain the décor that dates back to the 1800 and early 1900s, including the piano that belonged to the Miller family.  The donations received are used to operate the museum.  One of the favorite exhibits is the bunkhouse, along with the blacksmith tools and wine press.
