My focus is on developing strong communication which enable more fluent and effective dialogue between couples. We will build the necessary tools needed to overcome challenges in conflict, anger and resentment, rebuilding trust after betray, and creating intimacy.

Working with family members affected by the mental health and addiction challenges of their loved ones is one of my specialties. I offer family education, especially around enabling versus offering appropriate support.

I offer Gottman Method Couples Therapy as an evidence-based practice derived from over a decade of collected research data in supporting couples build better communication, shared meaning, addressing conflicts, and many more.

My approach includes the Gottman Method and Imago therapies for couples. I provide relationship counseling to help couples and all relationships have the opportunity to communicate more effectively, develop empathy for one another, and improve intimacy.
