The Mental Health Association (MHA) of Orange County strives to educate the population about mental health issues and prevention and solution techniques. Their Youth Violence Prevention Week creates awareness in the community about mental health issues amongst teenagers and school aged children. The MHA helps families deal with a variety of disorders and provides support to victims of abuse, depression, and several other forms of mental illness.
