To achieve that goal, the collaborative oversees many community projects focused on cleaning up neighborhoods, improving access to quality mental health care, and developing youth leadership to support programs for the city's children. Saddleback Church is a religious, non-profit organization that provides many services and assistance programs free of charge to families in the San Clemente area. The church offers help to all members of the community, regardless of religious affiliation. Programs are available for people of all ages, from tutoring for schoolchildren to help with insurance applications for the elderly.
