The Drug Abuse Comprehensive Coordinating Office (DACCO) is one of the largest community based providers of substance abuse rehabilitation services in the state of Florida, and their Brandon chapter provides prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation services for adults and adolescents.2 The Brandon office also handles assessments. The National Alliance on Mental Illness holds a family support group for caregivers, family, and friends of those suffering from mental illness.3  The group meets at the First United Methodist Church on the third Thursday of each month.
