I’ve been working as a mental health professional for over 30 years. I've had extensive training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Psychodrama, Trauma Resolution Therapy and Couples/Relationship Therapy. My approach with all of my clients is individualized, personable and confidential. I use the best approaches and techniques depending on the client’s presenting issues, unique personality, needs, history and diagnosis. My goal is to help clients better cope with the presenting problems, as well as develop the skill-sets for long term and permanent recovery.

My approach to psychotherapy comes from a deep responsibility in helping people grow. I specialize in brining adults to consciousness, healing trauma, and self actualization. With 23 years of practicing and teaching the science of yoga and spirituality I consider this work sacred. I have a limited amount of session per week to give my clients the attention they need. I work regularly on my own self care which allows me to capture my passion and avoid burn out. For over 25 years I have been intentional about my own personal growth and healing. Many of my clients are with me for years and I often hear from past clients years later. Building relationships is the core of therapeutic success.
