Exploring thoughts, feelings, beliefs, values, and behaviors, assist in developing a therapeutic course of action to achieve the goals set out by the client. Learning healthy approaches to relationships and life can create the change a person desires, or bring about the outcome hoped for. Drawing from various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to identify patterns, explore underlying issues, and develop effective coping strategies. Through this process, clients can gain insight, build resilience, and cultivate new perspectives.
