My practice is focused on the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD. I have extensive training and experience helping people suffering from these problems, and I am confident I can help you too. Anxiety and OCD are treatable problems if you get the right help. I primarily utilize Exposure Therapy, a type of CBT that is considered the most effective treatment method for anxiety and OCD.
