My therapy approach focuses on understanding my clients’ history, cultural background, physiological and psychological health to create enhanced counselling plans that promote positive change. A strong alliance with the right counsellor can change a person's life.

My practice is called "Help in Healing", because I work from the premise that the healing journey is a partnership between therapist and client in which I provide assistance, based on study and training, to guide my clients toward a more positive and fulfilling future.

Therapy doesn't have to be complicated - or long! People heal quickly when they understand what is going on with them, why they are doing what they are doing and are given the tools and support they need to get back in control of their lives. I will help you do that.

I offer individual and couples therapy for both BC and ON residents. I prioritize a client-centered approach and believe in addressing the root causes of issues with individuals and couples I work with. Your unique circumstance is at the forefront of my practice.

Through my own struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences and professional training in gestalt therapy, and somatic experiencing (SE) allows me to support you.
