All counselling does not have to be in person. If virtual care (computer video or cell phone call) is preferred, I can easily accomodate!

I provide non-traditional hours through to help support a client in meeting their needs for help but take into account life and schedules.

I have worked with clients by telephone for more than 30 years. When possible, I prefer to have at least one face-to-face meeting.

Due to the social distancing currently in place, I am happy to offer both video and phone sessions to both new and existing clients.

The pandemic has shown me the effectiveness of video counseling. If traveling to an office is not possible for you, please reach out.
