Nicknamed The City of Gracious Living, Upland, is located at the western edge of San Bernardino County, about 40 miles northeast of Los Angeles. Families living in Upland can take advantage of 15 city parks, many equipped with barbecue and picnic facilities and playgrounds for the younger children.
