My practice is centrally located in Toronto, easily accessible by public
transportation. I am a psychotherapist who works to help clients find a
sense of empowerment around the issues that are troubling them, to help them
explore and understand the meaning of these experiences, and to find change.
My approaches: relational, psychodynamic (seeing how one is impacted by
past experiences), self-psychology (promoting understanding and empathy,
conflict resolution), cognitive behavioural therapy, trauma therapy and attachment theory.  I also have specialized training in the use of art-based approaches.

My manner is compassionate, non-judgmental, warm, and caring. I understand that
integrating and giving meaning to past experiences can result in a sense of
freedom and efficacy that had previously been missing. I also appreciate
that some clients want to focus on present day problems and to find
solutions for these, so that their lives will feel more fulfilling.

My specialities are:
Trauma and Dissociative Disorders
Addiction Recovery Maintenance and Related Issues
Eating Disorders
