I am a psychotherapist with over 25 years experience of
assisting people. My background includes
a doctorate in pastoral psychotherapy, five years of teaching and supervising
master’s and doctoral level students seeking licensure as therapists. I am a certified pastoral counselor and
licensed by Virginia and Texas.
That means I am well prepared to help you with your issues whether you
are in a temporary crisis or have longer standing concerns.
My practice style is goal-oriented and includes integral
practices so that mind, body, and spiritual issues are addressed and
resolved. I use Cognitive Behavioral
techniques and Existential therapy to explore and support healing and growth.
My office is easily located and has a private entrance. Office hours are very flexible and be assured that I will work with you so that your schedule
is accommodated.
Your first visit gives both of us an opportunity to
determine how to proceed. There is a charge
for the first visit. If you wish to use
insurance, I ask that you contact my billing company, Netsource at 866-441-1591
to make arrangements in advance so that we can focus on your therapeutic
concerns. Please bring a copy of your
insurance card, front and back.
