The Midwestern Connecticut Council of Alcoholism provides Waterbury, Connecticut residents with alcohol and chemical dependency treatment and support at their Waterbury facility on Meadow Street. The program is hosted by Kaynor Technical High School, and includes a Bilingual Office Technology option as well as a Bilingual Nurse’s Aide training course.
