Sallie is a warm, caring therapist serving adolescents, families, couples and adults, as well as providing clinical supervision for LPC Interns as they prepare for full licensure.

Sallie is an Internal Family Systems Therapist (IFS).  She provides and hosts trainings and workshops at Wind Horse Hill Training and Retreat Center in the Texas Hill Country just 45 minutes from downtown Austin.  
 
 Sallie is a co-founder of the Supervision Roundtable in Austin TX--a collaboration of Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Counselors, and Licensed Professional Counselors engaged in clinical supervision. The Supervision Roundtable provides support, consultation services, continuing education on best practices to peers and community members.
 Sallie is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the State of Texas (License # 18592) in private practice in Lakeway, Texas.  She is a certified Olweus Bully Prevention Trainer. She has provided training to select schools in Austin Independent School District and currently provides training and ongoing support to all eight schools in Lake Travis Independent School District.
 Sallie also holds a certificate in mediation and is a certified trainer for The Right Use of Power, an ethic model created by Cedar Barstow.
