Amanda's approach with you, the client, is to analyze and determine the root cause(s) of your issues, address them in the most appropriate clinical manner, and resolve them to help you lead a better and more fulfilling life.  She recognizes that in today's economic environment it is difficult for individuals and families to make ends meet and that time is a precious commodity.  As a result, her goal is for clients to move through the counseling process as efficiently as possible.  Further, Amanda strives to provide the utmost in customer service and wants all clients to feel like they are getting something worthwhile out of the process.

In addition, Amanda's approach moves beyond the mere confines of the traditional therapy session.  Her process allows you to not only benefit from sessions, but also to utilize tools and insights gained from the sessions to continue to improve outside of the clinical setting.  It is her goal to find solutions to your issues in an all-encompassing approach that will allow you to independently take charge of your life.
