My Therapy Style

As a Counselor, Andy is non-threatening, but not passive. He takes his work very seriously, and sees his service as a calling from God and a service to his fellow man. He is intentional about setting up clear goals, asking the difficult questions, uncovering the uncomfortable, and assisting the client toward relief of their presenting problem(s). Andy works with Individuals from 5 years old and up, including Adults. Much of his work has centered around Couples work, Anxiety, Depression, and Parenting Teenagers.  He values family members and their involvement in counseling. At times, Andy will work with the entire family to help heal deep wounds.

Andy has more than 10 years of experience. He has spent 7 years as the Director of the Fayetteville Counseling Center for the Arkansas Baptist Children's Homes. Additionally, he was affiliated with the Fresh Roots Family Counseling group in Rogers.

Andy has been married since 2004 and has four young children. He is an active member of a Fayetteville church. Andy enjoys tackling repairs around the house and teaching his children skills at their level.
