Cal is a Registered Christian Counsellor with the Professional Association of Canadian Christian Counsellors.  He holds a dual specialty in Marriage/Relationship therapy and Sex therapy. Additionally, Cal works with addictions and abuse -- especially those of a sexual nature.

Since 1998, Cal, along with his wife Roslyn, (Also a registered Christian Counselor) has offered Christian Counseling in Calgary Alberta. Their offices are currently in the South-West district of Calgary called Braeside.

He integrates both professional counselling for individuals, couples, and families, in addition to working with small to medium sized businesses and organizations in the areas of change management, crisis management and assisting organizations in addressing toxic employees/work environments.

He is also skilled in Ex-Patriot issues dealing with staff insertion and repatriation for several mission boards and multinational firms.
