Carla Morris holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Ministries degree from The Methodist Theological School in Ohio. She has done extensive work with individuals and family members of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
Carla is a Certified Interactive Metronome (IM) Provider. IM is a neuro-motor therapy used to increase focus, endurance, and stamina with improving coordination for individuals with disorders such as ADD/ADHD, ASD, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and Parkinson's Disease. She also has training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
In addition, Carla understands the pressure and stress involved in being a working adult pursuing educational opportunities. Traditional and non-traditional students alike feel unique challenges as they reach their educational goals. Carla is available to talk with those experiencing challenges. She strives to provide clarity, understanding, and healing through the counseling process.
