Through my life experience and varied training as a therapist, I have found that therapy is not a “one size fits all” activity. Each individual, couple, or family has different experiences and varied family systems that potentially present problems and issues clients desire to resolve in therapy. As a result, each client system will benefit from the use of different therapeutic tools. Our initial session presents helpful information which guides the direction of our work together, including therapeutic approaches that will best serve your therapeutic needs.
Many clients come to me to address challenges and issues in their relationships, when they are ready to make changes allowing them to experience life and their relationships more successfully. Most couples, who start a relationship, do so with the idea of staying together. When couples have children, whether they stay together or end their couple relationship, it is important for them to maintain a healthy relationship between them. Besides working with couples on their relationship, I also work with couples who want to improve their parenting relationship. I am also available as a family mediator. If a divorcing or separating couple with children decides to end their relationship, I assist them in making beneficial agreements that would eventually be written into their legal document.
As I was working in my practice, one of my clients informed me about an approach I had not heard before. In the beginning of 2009 after some research, I added a new system of therapeutic tools that had proved to be beneficial for many clients. As a result, these clients have made dramatic positive changes in their lives and relationship patterns. To get an idea about these new tools, I invite you to go to either of my web sites to read the article entitled “Resonance Repatterning: A Therapist’s Perspective. There are other resources available to get more information about these techniques. This work uses many modalities found in many well known bodies of knowledge.
Therapy is not a one size fits all activity; it is also not an assembly line. It is a personal, unique and important experience for each client!.
