Are you feeling stuck? Anxious and alone in your situation? My name is Nancy and for the last 18 years I have been helping others find new and healthy ways to navigate their lives. I, too, know what is it like to feel anxious. What I know is this: there is hope.

Finding one's way through the stormy days and nights sometimes requires a highly experienced guide. Self-limiting thoughts and feelings can be overcome. Joy and love can be realized by means of a skillful blending of Eastern and Western modalities.

I support individuals and couples in getting back to that healthier version of themselves or relationships. We will work collaboratively towards your goals and increase your "toolbox" so you feel confident when life happens.

I love working with people and helping them grow, overcome obstacles, and discover themselves. I am here to help you with whatever you are struggling with - to help you feel better and be more settled and in control of your life and your future.

First session is free. I help couples overcome conflict, manipulation, narcissism, and codependency. My goal is for you to see improvement in your relationship after our first session together.
