I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with problems such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, substance abuse, and other concerns. I also enjoy working with pre-marital couples preparing for a healthy relationship and am a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator. In a caring, safe environment we can collaborate together to bring about positive changes which will result in more satisfying relationships and inner peace.
With a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. Couples dealing with conflict can learn healthier ways to communicate and resolve conflict. Individuals with a variety of problems can become more empowered to meet their goals.”
