Over 20 years of facilitating growth and wellbeing in others has culminated in my earning my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Winnipeg. I have provided therapy to individuals, couples, and families as a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist as well as Christian counselling as a pastor.

- Registered with Naturapaths and Naturotheraists (ANN)
- Post-graduate training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy
- Post-graduate training in Intensive Sex Therapy
- Post-Graduate training in attachment based therapy with young children and families
My Practice
With advanced skill in couples counselling and sex therapy, I enjoy working with couples from diverse backgrounds and with a wide variety of concerns including infidelity, sexuality issues, conflict resolution, communication and separation/divorce issues. I also enjoy working with children and their families to help empower parents and build strong relationships within the family.
My Approach
My practice is deeply rooted in creating a safe, trusting and respectful therapeutic environment. Clients appreciate the warm, calm, compassionate presence I bring to my work. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches that are tailored to the unique needs of each client and situation. My goal is to to help clients address their challenges and uncover their inner strength, wisdom and hope to navigate the difficult situations in their lives.
I am passionate about personal growth and healing, in my personal life, and in my professional life. Relationships are important to me. That is why I have pursued relationship therapy as my area of expertise. Though couple work is my passion, I am a skilled therapist with experience in addressing a wide range of clinical issues. Having worked in the community as well as in my own private practice, my peers have come to know me as a capable and caring therapist who is deeply committed to my clients and to my own growth and development as a life-long learner.
I believe a trusting relationship between therapist and client is central to successful therapy and I work hard to build this relationship with each client. I admire the courage it takes for people to come to therapy and do my best to honour the whole person – body, mind, spirit and emotions – when client’s allow me to share in their story. Exploring spirituality is an important part of my work with many clients.
