Every person has a story to tell. Not only do you have a story to tell, you
also have the power to change that story. Each person has the ability to
draw meaning and purpose from their story. This is a driving force behind
my counselling approach.

Being in private practice since 2014 I have had the privilege to assist my clients in
finding clarity and understanding in some difficult situations in their
life. Often people come into my office confused or angry about why things are happening in the way they are happening; depression, anxiety, panic, anger, sadness, dissatisfaction. Often, they ask
the question “Can I feel differently?” Yes.

My goal as a therapist is to help you discover what is at the root of the emotions
and behaviour being expressed (intentionally or unintentionally). As important and helpful as symptom
management can be, I believe it is beneficial to find the ‘why’. I take an approach to therapy where the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual parts of you are all important.

We can work together to find the answer to the why in a safe, respectable and
nonjudgmental environment.
