Psychotherapy can help you break outmoded habits that may interfere with living your life fully. Being mindful, you can learn from the past, uncover cast-off parts of yourself and work through sticky challenges and unproductive patterns of thinking and behavior in present day life. In psychotherapy you can learn to undo long-standing, maladaptive behaviors or negative perceptions that stand in the way of a more rich and meaningful life.
Growth and change in psychotherapy can lead to improved relationships, a sense of well-being, an enhanced sense of self, reduction of painful and unwanted symptoms, and career satisfaction. Again, I will actively participate in addressing your stumbling blocks to living as fully as you can.
As Nelson Mandela said, “There is no passion to be found playing small – in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.”
