Their Thinking Well Program is a focused support group and treatment program which is conducted with the goal of helping those with disabilities which affect their cognitive abilities as well as their capacity for appropriate social interaction. Current Initiatives

The Adopt-a-Day Program at the Stamford Shelter for the Homeless is a community initiative which invites businesses, religious organizations, and charities to choose a commemorative date of their choice to support the shelter. Approximately half of the shelter’s $5,000 daily costs are supported through public funds. For a $2,500 donation, a business, family, or organization can honor any special day by providing community members in need with shelter, food, and services.
