The Process of Transformation
Working with a Registered Psychotherapist is different than talking with friends, or family. An empathetic, non-judgemental and knowledgeable therapist offers a unique atmosphere where you can safely explore the roadblocks in your life and face difficult realities. I am here to listen, support, empower and understand what it might be like to walk in your shoes. We will form a partnership to help you transform old beliefs, feelings and ways of thinking that are getting in your way. From there, we can work together to help you reorganize and understand your experiences and to put your new understanding into a structure you can use to move forward in your life.
I draw from my experience and training in Art Therapy, Psychotherapy, Mindfulness Meditation and Cognitive Behavioural strategies to best suit your needs.
