Working as a psychotherapist for over 27 years has given me the opportunity to help couples, individuals, families and groups with a variety of issues. My 2 main populations at the present, are men and women that are wanting to change their lives in a positive direction through the use of group or individual support. I have authored a book called "the Journey Within" ( Facing your Fears, Following Your Dreams and Finding Success) Over 10 groups have attended and completed my groups based on the principles and new groups are constantly forming. Some clients chose to go on this journey on an individualize manner. The changes my clients make are more then remarkable. Their relationships with their partners, their children, their co workers and friends improve dramatically. Best of all they make friends with themselves and learn the skills that will keep them successful and happy for their lifetime.Changes in energy, spirituality, career, and direction in life are all common while attending the groups. Looking at patterns of thoughts and how they can change them has a huge affect on their lives.

My second specialty is working with couples. I have trained for 3 years with Dr. John Gray authoor of Men are From Mars, Women are From Venus and have run his workshops for the past 10 years. Couples needing assisitance in premarital, marital or during seperation have found that the techniques I can teach them create a better understanding of their partner,

I will also be featured on the radio program " Divorce ER" a talk radio show to help couples before, during and after divorce. This will be heard on KRLA for 13 weeks and a workbook will be on sale to help with this process.
