From considering help to seeking it out:
While a person can feel better after a good talk with a friend or relative, for moderate or severe emotional distress, this relief is only temporary. Talking with a trained, skilled and experienced counselor helps alleviate emotional distress on a deeper level. Jeff has been trained to listen and interact in a way that helps you get to the very root of your emotional concerns. He believes by God's grace, hope and transforming love, one can know Truth and thus live in true freedom. He also believes that optimum health happens as we become more balanced in body, soul and spirit.
Seeing peoples’ lives transformed by God’s unfailing love in the midst of their pain and struggles is what fuels Jeff’s passion for this type of ministry!

My approach to healing:

Jeff’s approach to therapy involves discovering how our feelings interact with our thinking and beliefs to influence our behaviors, all within the context of a biblical world and life view. A favorite verse that communicates Jeff's heart for healing is found in Romans 12:2, " transformed by the renewing of your mind." In addition, he is trained and certified to administer a pre-marital and marital program called, PREPARE-ENRICH©. Visit for details. For those clients who request it, Jeff is utilizing a very effective form of prayer ministry called Transformation Prayer Ministry©. (Formerly called Theophostic Prayer Ministry© (TPM), is prayer-focused on an encounter with the presence of Christ, resulting in mind renewal and a transformed life.” To find out more please visit
