Are you feeling lost or overwhelmed? Anxious? Insecure or
angry? Does it seem like your
relationship just stays stuck in cycles of negativity? Therapy is a personal
discovery process that can help you work through old patterns that are no
longer working for you. We all get stuck
at times in ways of being with ourselves and others that seems
counter-productive at a minimum and sometimes downright damaging. I know it can be hard to admit that you want
or need help and I also know that it is a powerful thing to do that takes
courage. My particular style of therapy
is suited for people who are needing more tools, who are seeking more
self-knowledge, wanting more clarity and insight about their lives and are
ready to look at who they are and how they are with others. I’m here to offer guidance and nonjudgmental
support, to ask questions and offer feedback and suggestions around what I see
and hear. I will offer new ways of
handling difficult emotions and situations and I will challenge you and support
you in being more aligned with who you want to be in your life and in your
relationships. I can help you work
through past hurts that keep you stuck and help you get closer to yourself and
what’s true for you.
Finding the right therapist for you is essential
to having a positive outcome. If my
approach and offering resonates with you, I invite you to contact me for a
half-rate first session to see if we are a right fit or not. Successful therapy requires commitment and it
is important that you feel comfortable and understood by the person you work
with.
