I see therapy as a process to help you attain your goals. Even though eating disorders, addictions, and relationship issues can derail your life, individual therapy and support groups can help you find solutions and get you back on track. Whether the concern is anxiety, depression, and/or ADD, psychotherapy can help you and your family to resolve the issues that are troubling.
As a highly trained and experienced solution-focused therapist in New York City (Midtown Manhattan) and New Jersey, my goal is to help you resolve difficult issues and grow into your true potential. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying a variety of therapy approaches tailored to your needs, we will find successful solutions for long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your objectives.
I have a particular sensitivity to the issues of diverse populations including Orthodox Jews and the LGBT community. I am also highly experienced in working with single men & women, couples, children, teens, and older adults.
