I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.

Together, we focus on building awareness, regulation, and the capacity to move through challenges in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
