I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida. I earned a Bachelor degree (B.A.) in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University in Israel, a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel and a second Masters in Couples and Family Therapy Counseling from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. I received a Ph.D. in Couples and Family Therapy from Drexel University in Philadelphia. I am a clinical member of both the American Association of Marrriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the American Family Therapy Academy (AFTA).

I have been working with individuals, couples and families for more than 15 years in both the U.S. and Israel. I have a private practice in Jupiter Florida. Prior to me recent relocation to Florida I had a private practice in Bala Cynwyd Pennsylvania. I also worked at the Center for Marriage Counseling in Ardmore Pennsylvania as a couples therapist, gaining valuable experience working with couples of diverse backgrounds on variety of issues including infidelity, conflict, co-parenting, long distance relationship, intimacy and sexuality issues, cultural differences and more.

In addition to my work with couples I have extensive experience working with adolescents (and their parents), especially around issues of trauma, family conflict and mental disorders. I worked in a residential treatment facility conducting individual, group and family therapy with dual diagnosis adolescents who were removed from home. I have also worked in Joseph J. Peters Institute treating children and adolescents who have been sexually abused.

Being trained as both a clinical psychologist and a family therapist has enabled me to integrate individual and systemic-relational methods in order to get a more comprehensive understanding of the obstacles standing between my clients and their goals. Consequently, my interventions draw from a broad spectrum of therapy approaches to tailor the most appropriate and effective treatment to each client.
