Kelli A. Wright is a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor by the State of Texas. 
  Kelli earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Abilene Christian University in 2002.  She received her Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development from Hardin-Simmons University in 2007.

Her Practicum and internship were conducted at The Serenity Foundation of Texas, a substance abuse treatment facility located in Abilene, Texas.  Her services included providing counseling for individuals undergoing a 30 day in-patient treatment for substance abuse, leading process groups and teaching life-skills classes. A second internship was as counselor for Austin State School in Austin, Texas where she conducted functional assessments, created treatment plans and provided counseling for individuals who were diagnosed with both developmental delays and mental health disorders. In 2009, She then opened a private psychotherapy practice in San Antonio, TX where she specialized in addiction and recovery. 
She presently owns a private psychotherapy practice, Counseling and Recovery Center of Waco, PLLC, located in Waco, Texas.  Kelli specializes in the treatment of substance abuse and addictions and also is a Gottman Seven Principals Program Educator which is a proven program for improving marriage and relationships. She is also experienced with treating anxiety, depression and many other issues.
