I provide experienced counseling to children, adolescents, adults and couples to identify issues they are experiencing and overcome problems through a variety of innovative, evidence-based strategies. My approach highlights the importance of developing a supportive, collaborative relationship with clients to help them to reach personal goals.. I specialize in working with children and teens as well as families who are struggling with behavior or communication problems. I also specialize in working with individuals of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief as well as couples facing a difficult time within their relationships.

I received my undergraduate degree from Illinois Wesleyan University, and graduate degree from Illinois State University in Clinical-Counseling Psychology. I am licensed in the state of Illinois as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Sexual Assault Advocate. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Within the inpatient setting, I primarily worked with adults experiencing anxiety and depression as well as individuals with eating disorders and self-harm behaviors.

I offers both daytime and evening hours on weekdays and every other weekend.
