About My Education and Experience
I am a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in helping people overcome their personal or family difficulties. My education includes a Master of Social Work, from the University of Toronto. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which has been proven by research to be effective in addressing issues related to anxiety, stress, depression and trauma. I am also certified in Solution-Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I am a Registered Life Coach with the Certified Coaches Federation. Furthermore, I hold a Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis bestowed by University of Toronto, Faculty of Medicine and Canadian Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
