 I have worked with thousands of clients and have learned what works and what doesn't.  I know what's fluff and what creates meaningful change.  I use solid effective techniques.  A warm caring connection and good rapport are crucial but I will also provide proven structured approach.  
 
My goal is to help you make the changes and achieve the results you want as quickly as possible.  I do not want to keep you coming back to therapy for as long as possible.  The faster you achieve the results you desire and get on with living your best life, the better for both of us.   I then move on to helping someone else achieve their goals.
