I also help each Client explore their creative and healing journey with Expressive Arts, a therapy that uses the arts as a way to access right - brain, left - brain learning.
Often trauma from our past is stored in the deepest recesses of the brain. We can talk about it, but it still remains untouched, thus unchanged. By working with the parts of ourselves that experienced the original pain, we at last can be released and transform what was felt as an unconscious suffering.
