"It is all about relationships. Single or Married relationships can often be wrought with anxiety and depression. I can help"

"Everything flowers, from within, of self-blessing,
though sometimes it is necessary to reteach a thing its loveliness."
— Galway Kinell from "St. Francis and the Sow"

If you find yourself here, I want you to know that I am here to help.  If you find yourself wondering or asking yourself, "what am I doing wrong?"  "What is it about me that keeps attracting the wrong partner, doing the same thing over and over?"  I am here to hear your story, and help you over those rough patches.

My work is an interpersonal parallel to (mindfulness) meditation, we strive for  "going on being," as "the uninterrupted flow of authentic self."   Asking these questions:  Who Am I?  What is this about for me?  How can I relate even embrace my difficult feelings and moods, thoughts and fantasies?  This new shift of attitude actually shifts your experience as well.  I work to help you activate your inner healing function.

When we stop literalizing and begin verbalizing how we relate to our issues, more options open up.  Your story changes.  I often say that depression is a failure of imagnation, and that you can't change the outside until you change the inside.

Somatic living means that life is your expressive dance partner, authentically moving with and in resonance to your own beat.  During  pressing times or good times, you can be a co-creative, active participant.  I can help you stop being reactive, and become empowered by all that life is offering.
