Helping others with their problems and stuggles as always been a huge desire of mine, and it only grew sronger as I spent years helpig my three children navigate their way through life.  When my children becme old enugh to take over the family business, I went back to school to pursue my dream of becoming a conselor.

I've been helping people proessionaly for  over 10 years now and have been in private prctice since 2008. With each client I try o use my unique life experiences and mlti-faceted approach to therapy to help them overcome the struggles in their lives by workig through their emotions and then equipping them with the tools to change their thinking about their problems. I offer appropriate indiviidual approaches to therapy, including a  Catholic/Christian perspective..
