I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that has been helping people overcome life's adversities as a clinical practitioner for the past 8 years. I attended San Diego State University for my undergraduate education and to obtain my Master's Degree. I obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and then a Masters of Science in Counseling with a Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I have worked with a wide variety of client's over the past 8 years including all ages with a multitude of different problems. I have continually attended trainings to gain specialties in specific areas. Some of these specialties include overcoming PTSD through the use of EMDR, managing anxiety and depression, reducing chronic pain, understanding the mind body connection, Eastern Philosophy in relation to mental health, healing addictions, such as, sex addiction, Internet addiction, gaming addiction, etc., and healthy parenting techniques.

I have many interests and specialties. I have a strong desire to continue growing as a therapist and keep up to date with the latest techniques and research. I believe in healing and have helped people heal a wide variety of traumas. Once you make the decision, HEALING IS POSSIBLE!
