I have been in private practice in the South Delta, Tsawwassen and New Westminster regions since receiving my Masters degree in marital, family and child counselling in 1995.
I am a registered clinical counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
My practice primarily consists of working with couples, families and individuals helping them to achieve the goals that they bring to counselling.
The approaches that I use in my work include cognitive-behavioural therapy, solution-focused, systemic and eclectic with a Rogerian underpinning.
The areas that I enjoy working in are couples or relationship counselling, stress management, depression, anxiety disorders, assertiveness, anger and grief including pet-loss.
I am available for appointments in Tsawwassen and New Westminster on most weeknight evenings, Wednesday mornngs and some afternoons.
