I love helping others improve their lives. I have been following this passion for 20 years. I help people understand themselves from a compassionate point of view. I find that when my clients discover the compassion within them for themselves, they much more easily have compassion toward others. I help my clients take ownership of their actions, their wants and their needs. I help them express themselves in a genuine and authentic way. I help them be vulnerable to special loved ones they trust and want to be vulnerable to. I help them learn how to set boundaries that are respectful and healthy. I, also, believe that the more we live "in gratitude," the more at peace we are and the more content we become.
I received my licenses as a Professional Counselor and as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 1992. I received my Bachelors Degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. I received a Masters Degree in Religious Education and a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1990. I am from the Ft. Worth, TX area and currently live in South Texas.
