My work centers on marriages in crisis, the effects of affairs, the damage of pornography addictions, the hopelessness of mood disorders (depression, anxiety etc,), the frustration of inappropriate anger and the paralysis caused by low self-acceptance.

I support individuals, parents, children and teens, toward meaningful change. Together we will work toward restoring your emotion wellbeing from stress and burnout, life challenges with work/school, transitions, or parenting obstacles.

My approach is attachment-informed, experiential, compassionate, and pattern-focused. In our work, we slow things down, get curious about protective patterns, understand the attachment needs underneath them, and create space to feel what hasn't been safe to feel.
