Michelle specializes in working with

Michelle completed extensive graduate research on midlife transitions and published her thesis on the empty nest transition experiences of baby boomer women. Holistic and eclectic in her therapeutic approach, Michelle attends to each client's emotional, cognitive and physiological experience. She employs clinically sound interventions based on the needs of each client for the most effective therapeutic experience and results possible.
Described as an engaging, warm and compassionate therapist, the results of working with Michelle include clarity, growth and healing. She works with clients throughout Canada in person, and via phone and Skype. Michelle is registered with the Crime Victim Assistance Program.
