I am an energetic therapist who works hard to provide quality services for my clients by regularly reading books related to therapy and attending workshops and trainings. I am passionate about the work that I do and I provide a sincere and comfortable counselling environment.
Education and Registrations
I am a registered Clinical Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, as well as the Ontario Association of Social Workers. I have been a practicing Social Worker for over 12 years and received my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in 2006.
I received my Honours B.A. in Psychology and Family & Social Relations, Honours Bachelor of Social Work, and my Masters in Social Work degrees from the University of Windsor.

I have an office in Windsor at the Lifetime Wellness Centre, located at 3090 Dougall Ave, Unit 401. I also have office space available in Essex at 35 Victoria Ave, Unit 7.
I have flexible hours to try to accommodate your schedule.
I have extensive training in many areas including: cognitive behavioural therapy, depression, anxiety, marital therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, trauma, adolescent and children’s techniques, and crisis intervention. I am passionate about learning and regularly attend new training events and workshops.
I received the 2014 OASW Southwestern Branch Distinguished Social Work Service Award as well as a Canadian Psychological Association Certificate of Excellence in 2003 for work on my thesis: The Role of Body Concerns on the Experience of Sexuality in Men and Women with Dr. Charlene Senn at the University of Windsor.
In addition, I have experience teaching as a Sessional Instructor at the University of Windsor.
In my spare time, I enjoy time outdoors with my family and friends, creative writing, and yoga.
