Located in Whitby, Ontario, New Roots Therapy offers compassionate and collaborative counselling services to individuals, couples, and families. Our therapists are mental health and relationship professionals, and are experienced in working with a wide range of concerns from a variety of therapeutic approaches. In addition to providing quality counselling services, New Roots Therapy also offers behaviour consultation services with our Behaviour Specialist. Children, adolescents, and families struggling with behavioural challenges at school, at home, or within the community may benefit from working with our Behaviour Specialist, as a single service or in combination with counselling sessions.
Our therapists provide both short- and long-term counselling services. Daytime, evening, and weekend appointments are available. We offer a free initial 10-minute phone or e-mail consultation.
