For over a decade Phyllis Chase, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Psychotherapist, and Life Coach has been helping people get their lives on track, so they can fulfill their life purpose and lead happy, meaningful lives worth celebrating. Singles and couples, men and women, young and old, professionals and not. No matter who you are each phase of life produces unique challenges, and Phyllis can guide you through them, to help you live your best life. Phyllis was featured on the Dr. Phil Show after counseling a troubled couple and their young son, to demonstrate the dramatic improvement in their lives and successful resolution to their problems.

Phyllis's approach is "post modern" which means rather than focusing all  of a clients time and energy on the "problem", she instead works on solutions. Putting the power back where it belongs, with the individual. Additionally, Phyllis' unique perspective on the single life, which she has gleaned from her extensive work with couples has gained her accolades. She often speaks to and leads groups for successful, single women.

She also hosted  a drive time radio show Shrink Rap on KCSN FM in Los Angeles which streamed worldwide and made LA Magazine's "Best Of" List. Phyllis served as a Supervisor of Interns at the Southern California Counseling Center, and was also Adjunct Faculty member of Otis College of Art and Design. She is  a Certified Life Coach and Weight Wellness Specialist. 

Phyllis is a graduate of Boston University, cum laude, The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, and Phillips Graduate Institute. She is a lifetime member of CAMFT and serves as President of the PGI Alumni Association.   In addition to her private practice. Phyllis works as an on-line therapist through MyTherapyNet.com.
