Bob’s Approach

Bob’s “theoretical orientation” might best be described as Integrative .

·          He seeks to combine individual and family systems models of therapy with cognitive and behavioral approaches in addressing stress and anger management, depression, anxiety.

·          He wants you to become free of the chronic stress, depression, and anxiety that drain your energy and limit your ability to creatively deal with your life.

·          His pastoral counseling experience and his own spiritual journey uniquely prepare him to help his clients consider the spiritual concerns they may bring to therapy in addition to their interpersonal and psychological concerns.

·          He wants to help you develop practical skills in dealing with conflict and learning to live collaboratively with family members, co-workers, or friends.

Bob is committed to

·          Compassionately assisting you to solve the problems that trouble you and your loved ones.

·          Supporting those who are wrestling with the spiritual and ethical truths that strengthen us as individuals, couples, and families.

·         Empowering you to live more confidently, creatively, and caringly in your relationships and helping you experience wholeness and wellness
