I am a licensed therapist in private practice working with individuals, couples, and families with a split practice in both Seattle and Bellevue. My master's degree is in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy. I also have additional training as a sex addiction therapist through Dr. Patrick Carnes renown CSAT training (60 hours).

Prior to counseling, I spent more than a decade as an Emmy Award-Winning broadcast journalist where I produced and reported on a number of stories related to relationships, addictions, and recovery.

Most recently, I have written a book titled, Asian Honor: Overcoming the Culture of Silence that touches on themes of Asian culture, Christianity, and addictions.
