Donna is dedicated to viewing people with the utmost of respect and knows that when people are wanting and ready for change they just know.
Donna has completed a variety of programs to be able to provide a wide range of modalities to help people move in the direction they are wanting to go. She is a marriage and family therapist, art therapist, Time Line Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master and Lightarian Reiki Practitioner. She also works with the modality of play therapy for children and families.
Donna also values diversity in cultures and sexual orientation. All are welcome in her practice.

Time Line Therapy™ Techniques
involve a method of hypnotherapy that enables clients to release emotions that
are attached to past events while retaining the memory of the events
themselves. In doing so, clients
can respond to the present without the past triggers.
Hawaiian Huna Kane Body Work
Huna Kane Body Work includes Principles, Philosophy, Higher Alignment, Body Mapping and High Altaring. In understanding where in the body issues are held, a person can more fully comprehend the mind, body, emotion connection.
Reiki/Kahi
Reiki has the ability to help people to heal through creating a sense of calmness. Kahi, a Hawaiian touch healing technique can also be used to assist in calming clients and helping in the healing process.

Workshop Availability
Donna has presented
various workshops using art therapy for use with children and adults and is
available for workshop presentations incorporating art, or for Labyrinth Walks.
She is also an
approved service provider with the Compensation for Victims of Crime Program, Manitoba Public Insurance, Immigrant and Refugee Program through the University of Winnipeg, Winnipeg Child and Family Services, EAP, and Disability Services - Manitoba Teachers Society.
